Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Player registrants who withdraw from the program prior to 12/31 are entitled to a refund less a 20% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. After 12/31, registration fees paid for the travel program are non-refundable. This is because the association incurs non-refundable costs related to team jerseys, tournament registrations, and equipment purchases in January.

Summer Development Program
Workout and Clinic Fees These fees are optional obligations taken on by families to participate in baseball workouts and clinics that are additional to their regular team obligations and are not refundable. These fees are charged because the association took on a non-refundable expense related to your commitment.
1. Prior to First Practice Player registrants who withdraw from the program prior to the first practice are entitled to a refund less a 20% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. 2. After the First Practice Player registrants who withdraw from the program after the first practice, but prior to the first scheduled game are entitled to a 75% refund less the Administrative Fee provided the players uniform and any RAYB equipment is returned in acceptable condition. 3. After the First Game Any player registrants who withdraw from the program after the team has had its first game and prior to the midway point of the season due to moving out of Roseville Area or unforeseen circumstances may be entitled to a refund not to exceed 50% of the registration fee paid less the Administrative Fee.
