The spring / summer season has completed and fall teams will also complete soon. There are some final field clean-up activities that need to occur at the Legion field, Parkview field, and the Evergreen complex. RAYB anticipates this to be the final volunteer event of the 2021 season.
On Sunday, September 26th 9am, we will start at the Legion field to take down the banners around the fencing. We estimate this activity to take approximately 20 minutes. Following that effort, we will proceed to the Parkview field to take down the outfield fencing, and conclude at Evergreen (removing banners, backstop and dugout covers, plus unloading and storing items from the other locations).
If you are willing to help with these activities, please join us on Sunday and make sure you check-in with the RAYB representative at the field as we no longer utilize DIBS for volunteer management (and the new volunteer system will be up and running for the 2022 season).
